SSL is fundamentally flawed - Google is the latest victim

Google reported another incident of unauthorized issuance of SSL certificates. SSL certificates are used for establishment web of site authenticity. SSL gives users assurances that the site, they are accessing, is indeed the desired web site rather than a fake, created by malicious 3rd parties.
